At Moonbow, we are committed to ensuring that your gifts arrive with the highest level of care and quality. Please note that shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates and are subject to change. Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order is shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors. Below is an overview of our shipping process:

 

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • Domestic Shipping: We currently only offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a valid physical address for shipping.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders should arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

What is the cut-off time for shipping out today?

Our shipping cutoff time is generally 4:00 pm MST, Monday through Friday. The shipping calendar provided during checkout will accurately reflect available days for delivery based on the current date and time of operations. Occasionally, we adjust our shipping cut-off time to accommodate high order volume.

Where do you currently ship?

We ship to all 50 US states, but because contents are perishable, we do not ship to PO boxes, and we do not ship internationally.
