In the unlikely event that an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Policy

At Moonbow, we take great care to ensure that our products arrive in excellent condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or broken, we’re happy to replace it.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, but we will gladly send a replacement for damaged goods. To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us of the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide proof of the damaged item, such as a photo of the product and packaging.
  3. Once we confirm the issue, we will ship out a replacement as quickly as possible.
